Best 13u Team in Brevard County
At the conclusion of the fall season their are only two team in the discussion for best 13u team in the county: Space Coast Sports Academy and Top Prospects Nationals. Based on two tournaments wins and two second place finishes at the AAA-level, we give the nod to Space Coast Sports Academy.
Interestingly, these two Melbourne-based programs did not play each other in the Fall. Hopefully, this situation will be corrected in the Spring, with the winner moving to the head of the local rankings.
Rumors abound about the other 4 teams in this age group. If anyone has any inside information of the status for the Palm Bay Prospects, Plasma, 5 Tool Baseball Academy or the Rockledge Longhorns, please post a comment in the Player Exchange section.

Top Prospects gets the nod in a close race due to willingness to play Majors level schedule in USSSA tournaments and winning half their games. Hopefully all 6 local teams will participate in on the upcoming tournaments at Cocoa Expo so we can have a better onf field comparison of the teams.
